Rebecca Pearcy, Owner and CEO 

Rebecca was awarded her 5-year service pin by the International Nanny Association in 2020

She has been nominated twice for the Austin Under 40 Awards and once for the Profiles in Power Awards.

Originally from England, Rebecca moved to America over 13 years ago and cannot imagine returning because she loves Texas too much. She has over 16 years of experience working with children, from being a nanny and babysitter to working as a childcare professional in a military childcare facility and starting a children's performance troop. She acted as Director of Agencies for the US Nanny Association, volunteering her time to elevate the nanny profession. She has been professionally trained in various techniques and is a big advocate of positive guidance and conscious discipline. She believes in clear, calm, and consistent communication in a loving environment where fun and safety remain at the forefront of the growth and education of a child. Let's go fly a kite!

Sara Barrera, Placement Specialist

Sara has focused her career on helping others. Before joining Windsor House Nannies in 2020, she worked for an animal hospital and a veteran-owned company that provided relief and holistic care to other veterans and first responders. Sara says the best part of her job "is the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing women I have met. The level of care and professionalism displayed every day gives me something to aim for. I love being a part of this family as well as getting the chance to provide a service to both families and nannies, which has a positive impact on the lives of children." Sara's favorite thing to do in her spare time is to enjoy nature with her children. "Family provides a solid foundation, and I am so grateful for mine." 

Quyen Nguyen, Data and Technical Support Analysis

Quyen taught Robotics & Computer Science at Coding with Kids for several years, supervising 150+ instructors and 16,000+ students. In her current role, she leverages that people management experience and applies it to the numerous families and caregivers, providing positive experiences with dedicated support and professionalism. She is equally passionate about her WHN colleagues: “Since starting with WHN, I've had the opportunity to work with the most caring, intelligent, and motivating team. The dedication everyone strives to achieve is admirable and has taught me the significance of delivering quality service.” Given her role supporting families, it's no surprise that Quyen's most important people are her parents:  “We are refugees from Vietnam and moved to America in 2001. My parents left their extended family to pursue the American Dream.” But it's not all work - she appreciates being in nature and giving back to her community by volunteering at hospitals in her spare time.

Lexi Mangan, Event Coordinator

After graduating from Elon University in 2020 with a degree in Human Service Studies, Lexi began working at The SAFE Alliance as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence. Shortly after, she also worked part-time for our sister company, Windsor House Care. She says, “It has been life-changing to work alongside intelligent, fun, and inspiring women who treat me as an equal and inspire me to be my best professional self.” She believes that the role of the nanny is extremely important as they help shape the minds of the future and support the family unit. In her spare time, she reads a LOT of books, bakes, and goes on many outdoor adventures with her dog and partner. Her dog may just be her favorite ‘person’!

Jane Pelongco, Recruiter

Jane started her career as a licensed professional secondary teacher before joining the WHN team. She values working alongside highly competent and supportive teammates. She believes it is essential that she focuses on the details in her role as a Recruiter to ensure we have the best nannies and sitters for our families. As a mother, she understands the importance of quality care and the support needed to raise a child. She feels fortunate to have been raised in a family-oriented home with love and support from her parents and seven siblings. As a farmer's daughter, she had an adventurous and fun childhood. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring and relaxing in nature, visiting nearby farms and rivers. But she also enjoys relaxing with a Netflix marathon!

Sarai Valenciana, Bilingual Recruiting Assistant

Sarai's career has always been rooted in a love for children and community. Starting in a daycare after high school, she worked her way up to Assistant Director, then into a kindergarten classroom, before finding her home at Windsor House Nannies — where she intends to stay for many years to come. For Sarai, the most rewarding part of her role is the people. "There is someone for everyone — each person is unique, and those differences are what make a thriving community so special." She takes pride in connecting nannies from diverse backgrounds and building something lasting. Outside of work, she enjoys good food, fitness, photography, and baking. At the center of it all is her family: her husband, her son, and their two golden retrievers. "They mean everything to me and are at the heart of all I do."

Alysa Bedwell, Recruiting Assistant

What draws Alysa to her work is simple: people. With a background spanning frontline healthcare recruitment during COVID-19 to supporting medical and dental staffing for the military reserves, she brings a wealth of experience and a people-first approach to every interaction at Windsor House. For Alysa, the most rewarding part of her role is the moment a family finds their perfect nanny match. She believes kindness goes a long way, and she strives to create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and confident. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, creating art, antiquing, and attending her local Renaissance faire — all of which she shares with her greatest support system: her mom, her wonderful partner, and her cat Haku.
